Nearest Resort: Kuramathi

This unique site is widely regarded as being a favorite amongst the seasoned divers of the Maldives. Just before the sunrise, schooling hammerhead sharks emerge from the depths to this dive site as if on cue each morning. They usually arrive in large numbers. Big Dog tooth tuna and Dolphinfish also lurk at the reef edge together with schools of black snapper, eager to feed in the morning current. There are many other Hammerhead points in the Maldives , but Rasdhoo is the most well known.
